An impressive 9-0 victory for Kingston’s female footballers was the pick of the bunch in another impressive week for University sport.

The ladies football team continued in rich form following an 8-2 victory in their last outing and now find themselves top of South Eastern Conference 3A.

There were also impressive victories for both men's first and women’s basketball teams. The men’s continued dominance keeps them top of South Eastern Conference 1A whilst the women’s have moved up to second in their league following a poor start to the season.

It was a mixed bag for men’s football this week with only one BUCS victory coming courtesy of the fourth team, but in their SESSA matches both the sixth and seventh teams notched up impressive victories to keep them both top of their respective leagues.

The netball club enjoyed four victories from a possible four as each team showed their supremacy in classy home displays. The best performance of the day coming from the third team who won 50-8 to move joint top of SESSA Netball Division B.

It was also a clean sweep for Kingston’s rugby teams with both securing victories on Wednesday.
